About

From psychology to hypnotherapy to working with intuitive abilities.

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience and intuition. I studied psychology, pivoted to hypnotherapy, developed my intuition - and now I combine my knowledge, experience and intuitive abilities to help people.

My beliefs

I believe that we have power and guidance at the same time. We have the power to choose our life direction and align it with what we are being guided towards: though, sometimes that guidance can become blurred and hazy. Our direction could be 'pulled' into certain situations that are not guided, that is, by our heart.

Instead, our direction could be pulled into situations guided by our mind. Our mind can pull us into repeating cycles that keep us repeating the same type of experiences that we have experienced before, just with different physical material. Relationships can change, friendships can change, work can change, but yet - we can still find ourselves experiencing the same type of situations, just with different people.

In my opinion, that is because our mind has the power to guide us in these repeating situations. As if it is on autopilot. As if we are on autopilot. And in my experience working with people, in the depths of their mind, it has become clear to me that there are two types of 'pulls' in the mind that lead us into repeating situations. Beliefs (habits of thought) and perceptions (assumptions automatically painted over our experience of reality). The strongest pulls are the ones in the deepest layers of our unconscious mind.

The good news is that awareness dissolves their strength, and so by becoming aware of the beliefs or perceptions that we are unconscious of, we can dissolve their power over our actions and behaviour. They then become less of an inhibitor, and more of a past relic of what we once identified with.

My journey

My special interest is the mind, and it began from an early age. I always intuitively noted down why friends or teachers were behaving in certain ways, and always sought to understand the mechanics of why people see, act and think in the ways that they do.

To my surprise, I didn’t learn a whole load more about the mechanics of the mind in my psychology degree. Though, what I did learn is the theories we have about the mind and how we scientifically measure them. So, I continued to explore how the mind works through my own methods: observation and interaction. That is, observing and interacting with people from all walks of the globe. (I did a lot of solo travelling).

After finishing my degree, I trained in clinical hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy taught me about a deeper layer of the mind that motivates people’s thoughts, feelings and actions: their beliefs. Here, I realized the power of the mind. I learnt that the power of the mind can be harnessed if you have the right techniques (and people) to do it. However, there was still something missing in all of this that I wanted to explore.

I knew I had a knack at reading people - so I started doing it through a photo. I began doing photo readings on X 3 years ago. I would read people’s life situation, emotions and past experiences from a photo. It went pretty well! From then on I continued reading people from photos, then voice notes, then just by a name.

Since then, I’ve developed my intuitive abilities from reading people's emotions, relationship dynamics and life situation, to reading into people’s mind. That is, reading into the active memories and ingrained beliefs that are leading them to behave and even see(!) the world in certain ways. Which I’ve found out is extremely helpful - and freeing - because it has helped these people experience themselves and the world around them in a new way that previously they could not connect to before. So, I developed belief sessions for this purpose: to tune into people's ingrained beliefs and help them shift them at their core.

Belief sessions

Belief sessions actually began from my work on 'thoughtforms'. Thoughtforms are a habit of thought created through sustained attention and emotional energy. To a clairvoyant like myself, they are visible in the person's energy field.

Last year on X, I asked if anyone would be willing to volunteer their time and aura for me to identify a thoughtform in their field, and they did. I spent 30+ hours exploring peoples thoughtforms and it worked very well. You can see the tweet here.

I understand that less people understand the term 'thoughtforms' than 'beliefs', so I named the sessions belief sessions. But the fundamental process is the same thing. Tune into the thoughtform/belief, guide the person into its core, and shift it from the inside. That is what I guide people through in belief sessions.

Mind readings

More recently, I began doing mind readings. This also began on X (you can see the tweet here). In a mind reading, I tune into the person‘s mind to identify a limiting perception of reality. In talking through this perception of reality, it seems to do an amazing job of removing the so-called ‘blinkers’ over the person's experience of reality so that they can now 'see' reality with a new lens. A lens which allows them to 'see' the opportunities of love, of success and of connection around them that previously they could not see before.

A mind reading feels like an advanced energy reading to me. Because I'm specifically tuning into the mind, not the general energy field. It's a different technique I use and a different way of interpreting the information I receive. Plus it is so energetically demanding. Hence why I can only do a few per week. I find each mind reading fascinating, every time.

Final notes

I love what I do. I'm at a stage in my life where I have to push to make this work, and that takes belief. It takes belief in what I'm doing is good and useful for the world around me. And I truly believe it to be so. I’ve created this practice from seeing the mind-opening effects that my work has had on people, and now I am doing what I am truly interested in every day.

You're welcome to contact me via Whatsapp for any questions you have, or comments, I'm happy to hear them. And you're welcome to book any session that resonates with you. I look forward to working with you if you do choose to book, and if you choose to at a later date - see you around on X or substack!
