About
From psychology to hypnotherapy to working with extrasensory abilities.
I work on the intersection of psychology, neuroscience and consciousness. I have always loved understanding more about the mind and I’m glad I continue following this - it’s led me to develop extrasensory abikties specifically focused on exploring the parts of the mind that are unconscious to people, yet, are guiding their life nonetheless! It’s fascinating to me. So, here I am, doing it as a service to help people! Each session helps me, too: what I uncover is naturally applied to my own life, also. It’s a win-win. My special interest is the mind, and it began from an early age. I always intuitively noted down why friends or teachers were behaving in certain ways, and always sought to understand the mechanics of why people see, act and think in the ways that they do.
I didn’t learn a whole load more about the mechanics of the mind in my psychology degree. Though, what I did learn is the theories we have about the mind and how we scientifically measure it. So, I continued to explore how the mind works through observation and my interactions with people from all walks of the globe. I then found out about hypnotherapy and felt a pull to explore it.
So, I began training in clinical hypnotherapy. During training, I learnt about a deeper layer of the mind that motivates people’s thoughts, feelings and actions: their beliefs. I also realized that the power of the mind is pretty strong stuff. Here I learnt that the power of the mind can be harnessed if you have the right techniques (and people) to do it. However, there was still something missing within all of this that I wanted to explore. My intuitive abilities.
I knew I had a knack at intuiting people. So I started doing it through a photo. I began doing my first photo readings on X 3 years ago. Through a photo, I would read people’s life situation, emotions and past experiences from focusing in on a photo of them. It helped a lot! Even though I could not put words to how it was. From then on I continued reading people from photos, then voice notes, then in-person. Since then I’ve developed my skills from reading people's emotions, to reading peoples relationship dynamics, to reading into people’s mind. That is, reading into the active memories and belief systems that are leading them to act in certain ways and even see(!) the world in certain ways. Which I’ve found out is extremely helpful - and freeing - because it has helped these people experience themselves and the world around them in a new way that previously they could not connect to before.

So, I developed self-belief sessions to tune into these belief systems and dissolve them at their core. And, more recently, I began doing Mind readings: where I tune into the person‘s mind to see a limiting perception of reality that, in talking through it, seems to do an amazing job of removing the so-called ‘blinkers’ over the way they experience the world around them. It’s been described as allowing “a new way of Being”!
I also offer initial calls. Initial calls are great to start with if you want me to help you dive into the deep layers of your thinking and identify what is actively stopping you doing what you truly want to do. In talking through it, we draw attention to it, and attention is a wonderful dissolver for any blocks that need unraveling in order to not be such a block in your life!
Overall, I provide you with the expanded awareness and loving attention you need for change. You're welcome to book your first session here.
